Whoever offers such things hears of it here in the days after its registration, with what the registers publish about it: the name, the CUI, the registered office, the county, the CAEN code, the legal form.
An accountant follows the new companies of their county; a software vendor, the companies with a certain CAEN code across the country; a bank or an insurer, all of them. Each gets exactly their list, every day, without hearing of the same company twice.

How many new companies are set up in Argeș county?
In the last 30 days 133 companies (legal persons) were registered in Argeș county, 24 in the last 7 days, counted as of 2026-10-30 by the date of registration in the trade register or, where it is not known yet, with ANAF. To them add 67 natural persons carrying on an economic activity (sole traders, individual and family enterprises, the liberal professions), which the API gives apart.
Where does the data about new companies come from?
From the trade register (ONRC, open data, CC BY 4.0 licence) and from ANAF (the public web service), kept up to date. Each company in the API says from which source and from what date each piece of information is.
How soon does a new company appear in the list?
Usually on the day after its registration. The list and this page are updated every day.
Are sole traders and individual and family enterprises included?
In the API, yes: the persoana_fizica filter gives them apart from the companies or together with them. On this page we count and show legal persons only.
How do I get the full list?
With an apifirme account, in the Plus plan (69 lei + VAT a month) or the larger ones: through the API (GET /rest/v1/registrations, with filters by county, CAEN code and legal form and a cursor for whoever asks daily), through a webhook (each new company sent to your address, with the same filters) or in your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT and any other that speaks MCP). What data does each company in the list have?
The name, the CUI, the trade register number (when the source publishes it), the legal form, the registered office (county, locality, address, postal code), the main CAEN code, the registration date, the status and whether it is registered for VAT; then, as they appear, the authorised activities, e-Factura and the annual financial statements.
What is not in the list?
Directors and shareholders (personal data), tax debts and court cases: we do not have them, and we say so. The list gives the companies registered in the last 30 days, not the whole register.
